• Deposit: A signed contract and a $50 non-refundable deposit for regular services for each person and $100 deposit for bridal services are required to secure your booking. The deposit will be applied toward the final balance.
• Payment of Balance: The remaining balance must be paid in full on the event day via cash or e-transfer. Any additional services requested on the day will result in an adjustment to the final balance.
• Hourly Rate: A $15 hourly fee will apply for touch-up services requested on the event day.
• Travel Fee: On-location services may incur a travel fee, which will be determined based on the distance from our studio.

• A $10 fee will be charged for every 20 minutes of tardiness. Delays may result in incomplete services or adjustments to the schedule.

• Client Cancellations:
• Cancellations made more than 20 days prior to the scheduled date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 20 days prior to the event will forfeit the deposit.
• Artist Cancellations:In the unlikely event that the artist is unable to fulfill the booking due to sickness, accidents, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances, the deposit will be refunded in full.

• Preparation: Clients must arrive with a clean, makeup-free face and washed, dried hair. Failure to comply may impact the quality of the service or result in delays.
• Additional Services: Last-minute requests for additional services will be subject to availability and charged at the standard rates.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring all individuals receiving services are present at the agreed-upon time and location.

• Any sensitivities or allergies to makeup or hair products must be disclosed in advance. Banoo Beauty is not liable for any allergic reactions or complications arising from the use of products.

• The artist may take photos during the event for promotional use on websites, social media, or marketing materials unless the client specifically opts out in writing before the event.

• Banoo Beauty is not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by unforeseen events such as severe weather, natural disasters, or emergencies beyond the artist’s control.
• The artist is not liable for any damage to clothing or personal items during the service or for any adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed product sensitivities.
